Prior to his professional career Mr. Rehbock studied finance at The University of Arizona Eller College of management. While at the University Mr. Rehbock participated in a graduate level program tasked with managing a public equity portfolio that was associated with the University’s endowment fund, presenting market reports, portfolio performance, asset allocation recommendations, and pitching new investments to the endowment’s investment board. Experienced real estate broker, developer, and entrepreneur focused on creating profitable real estate developments with integrity. Mr. Casebier can take an idea and articulate the vision in a complete form to draw in others and inspire them to perform at their best. An industrial engineer by education, Mr. Casebier has always been interested in creating new products and services by combining what exists in an original way to fulfill market demand. This was evident early in his professional career when he took his idea of language interpretation and translation delivered over the telephone to a small cap NASDAQ company in 1995, through an exclusive marketing agreement with AT&T. He went on to consult with private equity firms to assist their clients struggling with branding to improve their marketing and communication platforms. He founded Southwest Urban with Adam Lundquist in 2014 to pursue historic renovations, repurposing obsolete commercial buildings, and new construction/development projects. As managing broker, he leads the real estate brokerage to serve the business development goals of the organization, with the acquisition and sale of properties, market analysis and trends, transaction management, capital formation, project design, and brand identity / marketing.
As a third-generation Arizona real estate and development leader Mr. Lundquist’s client base is global and diversified. Mr. Lundquist is the Qualifying Party for Southwest Urban’s general contracting business, and his experience includes a wide range of commercial and residential projects both as general contractor and project manager. In 2014 he co-founded Southwest Urban to focus on infill development projects in Downtown Tucson and other historic areas. Mr. Lundquist leads the construction and business operations for the company and has developed a reputation for impeccable execution and design for the organization. Mr. Lundquist holds degrees from The Eller College of Management, University of Arizona, in Regional Development and Business Management.
